Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life. The last time anyone from the company reached out to me was to go over my inventory one more time and squeeze $650 more dollars out of me on top of the $1250 deposit. The day of the move I had to call to see if the movers were even coming. I was assured the driver would call me. By 6:30 pm I had to call back and was given the driver's number and told to call them. The driver then told me he would call the following day at noon he wasn't picking up our stuff this evening. So we had to sleep on the floor that night in a fully packed house. The following day was the exact same. I reached out to the driver at 1pm he said that he would be there by 7pm. He finally arrived at 9:30 pm. They came in looked at our things which were all in one room. And said he didn't think he had enough room on the truck but he would try to make it work but the quote was far to low. After a call to dispatch my moving cost was doubled. We had to stay until they were loaded so we didn't get on the road until 11 that night. Two weeks later after multiple calls they finally delivered our things. All our furniture was broken. Literally every piece of furniture we owned. We had all our dishes broken and multiple other items damaged. When I reached out to entrusted they of course told me to call the movers. It's been several weeks I still can't get them to return my calls or pick up the phone. I've had to pay someone to come pick up the furniture and haul it to the dump. This was by far the most miserable experience of my life. Please consider going through a different company if you value your time and items to be moved.

This is the absolute worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. Many of my furniture items were damaged when received. The movers and the woman that was their contact were so rude and very unhelpful. They estimated me 5k in the beginning. I did have more items than estimated but somehow my price went up 5X. I did not have enough items to where it would make sense that the price would go up that much. They charged me 3k+ in storage fees after I was told I have up to 30 days free storage. After picking up my items the movers left so much trash in my home such as their starbucks cups and the water bottles that I so graciously offered them. They also left my house trashed when they dropped my stuff off leaving trash everywhere. I don’t understand how they’re rated 5/5. I will NEVER recommend using these people to anyone. You’re better off moving your stuff yourself.

Ultimately, it would have been cheaper for me to trash all my stuff and buy new things. The "binding estimate" is exactly that - they bind you to a cost but it's an ESTIMATE that is wildly inaccurate. In fact, I had packed way fewer things than the inventory we'd ironed out, only to be told I had to leave HALF of those things behind too. Oh, and the best part? They'd charge me another $300 on top of that, because even that half was more than the 350 cubic feet. Seriously, if you're considering moving, don't use a broker. Hire a real mover, or better yet, don't hire movers at all.

Reasonable rates for strong men needed for heavy furniture. Very friendly and dependable. I will hire them again when my house is built.
